How do I book a room?
You can check availability and book online using the booking tool at the top of every page of the website.

Can you arrange a personalised package or special offer?
Yes, gladly. Tell us your needs and what you would like from your stay, and we will be happy to put together a tailor-made proposal for your experience at Treterre.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm, and check-out is by 10:30 am. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can be ready for you. At check-in we ask for a photo ID and a credit card.
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, but pets are not permitted at the agriturismo.
Is Treterre suitable for children?
Treterre also welcomes families with children, in a few selected accommodations and subject to limited availability. To keep a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests, we host a maximum of two families with children at any one time.
Is parking available?
Yes — there is free private parking on site, with no need to reserve, just a few steps from reception.
How can I pay?
We accept payment in cash and by the main credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and CartaSi. We do not accept American Express (Amex).
Is breakfast included, and can we dine at the restaurant?
Breakfast is included in your stay and is served each morning with homemade products and carefully chosen ingredients, in a calm and welcoming setting. Osteria Treterre is also open for dinner, with cuisine rooted in the local area and vegetarian options. Booking ahead is recommended.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes — Treterre has an outdoor pool set in the greenery of the garden, with views over the hills and Lake Como.
The pool is open all year round; from 1 May to 31 October it is heated and kept at around 25–26 °C for an even more enjoyable experience.
Are there any house rules?
They are few and simple, meant to keep Treterre's peaceful atmosphere. The property is non-smoking; events and special occasions are possible only by prior arrangement. We also ask guests to observe quiet hours between midnight and 8:00 am.
Where are you, and how do we get there?
Treterre sits in the hills above Pianello del Lario, about 10 minutes from Menaggio. The property can only be reached by car, so we recommend planning your stay with your own vehicle. Free parking is available on site, and taxis in the area are limited. Full directions are available on our Contact page.
